How do I redeem an open-date voucher?

Each voucher has a unique number, which you simply need to enter when booking in the system, in the additional notes text box for your booking. The voucher is valid for all bubbles, BUT VIP bubbles can only be booked from Monday to Thursday! All other bubbles can also be booked on weekends.

DO NOT PAY for a booking if you have been gifted a voucher for a bubble night. It may happen that due to lack of payment your booking will be cancelled automatically by the system (don't worry about it, we will add it and you will receive a confirmation by email).

In the additional notes text box for your booking when you make your reservation, add your choice of 2 breakfast sets: 2 dishes and 2 drinks. A list of the sets with detailed descriptions can be found in the EATING tab.

Voucher with an open date

VOUCHER on any available date (check under prices and availability). Our season in which we accept
guests lasts from May to mid-October and can be redeemed during this period.

The voucher is valid for all bubbles, BUT VIP bubbles can only be booked from Monday to Thursday! All other bubbles can also be booked on weekends.

How long do I have to redeem my open-date voucher?

Voucher for our accommodation is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services. Accommodation under a starry
sky can be experienced from the beginning of May until October.
